Custom and Bridal Orders
If you have something in mind for your wedding, we’re happy to create custom jewelry for you and your bridal party. If you have your own sea glass pieces that you would like made into jewelry or art, we are happy to create something beautiful for you.
Payment
We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and money orders.
If you are ordering from within Canada, please note that HST will be added at checkout.
Shipping
We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via Canada Post airmail. Orders from within Canada will be sent with tracking numbers. International orders are sent small packet air and may take anywhere from 9 days to three weeks to arrive. If you need your order in a hurry and would like to upgrade shipping, please contact us and we’ll check the expedited rates for you.
If you live in the Halifax/Dartmouth area and would like to avoid shipping charges, feel free to contact us to make other arrangements.
International customers please note that we cannot be responsible for any duties or customs fees that your country may charge.
Packaging
Our jewelry will be shipped in a kraft paper jewelry box with tarnish resistant cotton. Each box has our “What is Sea Glass?” story on the inside cover. Our boxes and shipping envelopes are made with recycled materials.
We offer free gift wrapping on request. Let us know if there’s a special message you would like in the card.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Items may be returned in original condition and packaging for refund (excluding shipping costs) within 2 weeks.
Wholesale
We welcome wholesale inquiries. Please contact us with your location and the name of your shop, and we will forward our wholesale information.
