We ship Tuesdays and Fridays via ChitChats from Nova Scotia, Canada. Orders over 100 dollars CAD ship free within Canada and the USA. You'll receive a notification with tracking information once your parcel ships.
Parcels within Canada usually arrive in 3 to 10 business days. Parcels to the USA usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. These delivery times are just estimates. If you need to receive your parcel by a certain date, please message me prior to ordering and I'll try to help you out!
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email rita@seaglassdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition in their original packaging. Please return item to:
